According to a forensic psychologist who evaluated Amber Heard, the alleged abuse from Johnny Depp caused her to lose 25 pounds. Psychologist Dawn Hughes, an expert on domestic violence from New York, says Heard’s weight dropped from 130lbs to 105lbs.
Hughes describes how Heard was taking ‘significantly more medication’ and had more panic attacks and angry outbursts and calls Depp’s abuse of substances and violence a “very, very disastrous mixture.”
If you are an addict, there is a lot of lying and blame for your inability to stay clean and sober, she says.

Amber Heard also said that she thought it was a joke when actor Johnny Depp reportedly slapped her for the first time when she asked about one of his tattoos.
‘He slapped me across the face. I didn’t know what was going on. I just stared at him,’ said Amber Heard as she testified that her ex-husband Johnny Depp slapped her when she laughed at the writing on one of his tattoos https://t.co/jZMYc8S51R pic.twitter.com/bPxHdlPcg9

However, it is clear that the version of events given by Heard differs dramatically from that of her ex-husband. During Depp’s testimony, he was asked about the ‘tattoo incident’ – which he called a “factual error”.
“I’ve never struck Ms. Heard. I have never struck a woman in my life. I’m certainly not going to strike a woman if she decides to make fun of a tattoo that I have on my body,” he said, adding: “That allegation never made any sense to me whatsoever.”
